Work for the Rentokil family of Companies as an Installer. Job is full time and permanent not seasonal.
We are looking for a person to change out and maintain tropical plants in local businesses and maintain warehouse for deliveries and operations. Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
Work includes:
- Watering plants to maintain healthy appearance
- Pruning trees (May require working on a ladder)
- Hand cleaning of plants
- Moving large Trees
- Unloading and loading trucks
- Maintain warehouse inventory
- Work is primarily indoors with some exterior plantings
- Seasonal holiday work to install decorations and lights
Job Requirements
- Attention to detail to provide excellent service
- Repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds
- Walk long distances carrying plants
- Able to work on a ladder
- Clean driving record (Pass motor vehicle record search)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Drug Free Workplace
- Be available outside normal work hours for special projects
- Able to drive large delivery van in rural and urban settings
Experience is not required. Past experience as a gardener, greenhouse nursery worker, or garden center worker would be beneficial. This is a great job for someone that likes to stay active and not at a desk all day.
Our office is located in Greenville off Pelham Road. You will start and end the day at our warehouse.
