Mastermind Plumbing LLC is hiring a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid ad campaigns. We’re looking for someone experienced in lead generation, ad management, and campaign optimization, ideally with a background in home services or local businesses. We are commited to growing our brand online.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Local Services)
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and ad copywriting
Optimize ads for best ROI and lead generation as well as Suggest and implement improvements to maximize ROI
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with Google Ads would definitely be a plus but not required
Google Ads Certification (preferred but not required)
Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, and conversion tracking
Excellent communication and analytical skills
