Baden Sports is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at our South Carolina warehouse. The successful candidate will follow Baden's established quality processes to determine inspection levels but will also engage in a variety of tasks throughout the day to support overall warehouse operations. This position will report to the warehouse manager in Spartanburg, as well as the QC team in Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection:

Utilize Baden's quality processes which determine the extent of inspections required for incoming and outgoing products

After coordinating with the QC team in Seattle, inspect products arriving from factories, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications.

Conduct ad-hoc inspections through cooperation with the Seattle QC team to maintain quality throughout the warehouse.

Observe and monitor the quality of products during packaging and shipment preparation.

Documentation and Reporting:

Capture detailed photographs of products and any identified quality issues for reports to be submitted to the team.

Create comprehensive reports summarizing inspection results and findings to be shared with the QC team in Seattle.

Maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures and report any concerns or issues to the QC team in Seattle.

Additional Duties:

Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, contributing to overall efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to address quality concerns and implement improvements.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on quality standards and processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or warehouse operations.

Familiarity with quality assurance processes and the ability to follow established protocols.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical ability to lift and move products as necessary.
