Small business is looking for an individual to help manage their front office 2 days a week. Job is working in tandem as a helper to current receptionist by utilizing their skills in bookkeeping, receptionist duties, pleasant phone skills and proficient in MICROSOFT OFFICE and QUICKBOOKS. Training would be M-W and then once trained, Thursday and Fridays would be yours to run the office. Atmosphere of the business is quiet and professional. Excellent opportunity for a retired or semi-retired person to get into the workforce and make extra money. No personal cell phone use except on (2) 15 minute breaks and on the 30 minute lunch break. Office is closed to the public so no visitors allowed. The office hours are 9am to 4pm Monday-Friday only. Never nights or weekends or Federal Holidays. Secure free parking and kitchen access with fridge and microwave. Bringing a lunch is encouraged. Appropriate work attire is "upscale causal" and jeans are allowed with no rips. No sleeveless shirts, graphic t-shirts or hoodies. Look professional at all times. Pleasant and friendly demeanor with etiquette is required. Telephone interview first and then in house visits
