On-Site Manager: looking to fill 1 position, in Central SC, full time. Must be able to work Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch. Must be 18 years or older, Will train, Notary is helpful but not required. Reply to ad for more details.
The on-Site Manager reports directly to the Regional Site Manager and is primarily responsible for the rental of apartments in accordance with company policy and Procedure. Additionally, the on-site manager coordinates all activities and services to ensure the proper up keep and functioning of the property.
On-Site managers are required to carry a cell phone. The cell phone must remain on, operable and immediately accessible at all times. Site Manager must be available for after hours if needed.
