We at BH Contracting Inc are seeking an Experienced Construction Executive Level Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Duties
- Manage executives' calendars and appointments
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed
- Assist in planning company events and meetings
- Maintain office files and records in physical and digital formats
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Experience
- Proven experience as a CONSTRUCTION Executive Level secretary
- Proficiency in time management systems and procedures in construction.
Some experience in construction law or contractual experience
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Houzz and Build connect or similar software
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk duties
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Bilingual a plus
- Some law or contractual experience
