The last person I hired from Craigslist made $25,000 yearly before joining us. He now makes at least $150,000 per year. Some years, he has made more.
He had no experience in our industry (medical device and life science) but did have some sales experience.
He is aggressive, has a high sense of urgency, and has a great work ethic.
He works nights and weekends (not all the time) when he has an urgent project to complete.
He asks for help when he is stuck-we have a great training program.
