Staten Plumbing needs new construction plumbers (who can read blueprints) and plumbing helpers, with openings available NOW! MUST HAVE BASIC HAND TOOLS; i.e. Torpedo, tape measures, channel locks, screwdrivers, any and all power tools!
An ideal new construction plumber or plumbing helper candidate is someone who is willing to work out of town on the road only weekly Mon-Thurs as needed, we do have some local work occasionally, you would report every Monday morning to our office/shop located in Mauldin, SC as we are currently licensed to work in SC, NC, TN, and GA. We consider our technicians as part of our family, by providing them with a weekly per diem to workers, only if or while out-of-town to cover food or basic necessities, Staten Plumbing covers all hotel and travel expenses paid, you will travel in a company trucks with a Foreman to head out on Monday and return late Thursday; - three-day weekends to be at home Fri-Sun!
Pay for plumbers is based on the candidate's experience and knowledge to read blueprints. Helpers are based on having basic tools and willingness to learn and how quickly to pick up knowledge of the field- Candidates should LIVE in SC and be able to travel and report to the shop/office in Mauldin, SC every single Monday morning for assignment as location of jobs can vary weekly based on needs.

Other job requirements for a new construction plumber and helper include:
Ability to perform new construction plumbing. (Plumbers MUST be able to read blue prints).
Extensive knowledge of tools/equipment related to the trade.
Familiarity with local/national codes and OSHA regulations. i.e. hard hats; proper ladder usage;
Willing to perform travel and work out of town, typically between 1 to 4 days each week as well as work all shifts; typically ranging from 3rd shift overnight work- some or little 1st-
Applicant must have a clean driving record. Must be responsible, dependable, and capable of completing detailed paperwork. Able to report to shop every Monday Morning at 7AM to gather material for jobs you will be attending.
