I'm looking for an experienced professional person that is self motivated, has construction skills with own tools. Most jobs will entail repairing primarily residential rental properties, siding repair, fencing, drywall repair and painting, repairing or replacing siding. Some repairs will be Commercial buildings. Must have your own tools and truck. Paid after the specific job has been completed, within 24 hrs. It will also entail inspecting properties and giving estimates of the repairs needed on certain properties. Areas covered, Greenville, Simpsonville, Maudlin, Travelers Rest, Greer, and Taylors. When assigned jobs you go direct, reporting to office is not required. Most jobs will be assigned via text. Immediate opening. Hours are flexible as you will be sub contracting.
