Irvin Aull Builders is looking for a skilled and dependable Carpenter in the Greenwood, SC area. This is
a part-time subcontractor position for someone with strong experience in home building and
remodeling.
Requirements:
10+ years experience in residential construction
Skilled in framing, remodeling, vinyl siding, plumbing, and basic electrical
Must have own transportation and basic tools
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Reliable, honest, and able to work well with others
Work Includes:
Framing & structural carpentry
Remodeling projects (kitchens, baths, additions)
Exterior work: vinyl siding, trim, repairs
Light plumbing & electrical tasks
General residential construction duties
