PAY: $35-40 hr depending on experience
HOURS: 40+ /wk
TIME: 7 am -5 pm
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
DURATION: Temp-to-perm
START DATE: ASAP
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SUPERINTENDENT:
Industrial electrical experience. Oversee staff-work with sub contractors, delivery's, handle trouble shooting issues run equipment -experience with running cable/conduit work, may need to be able to work as well. forklift experience can start immediately as they have a ton of equipment/materials that are being delivered - able to read understand blue prints - will be onsite
QUALIFICATIONS FOR Electrical Superintendent:
3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical publications, financial reports, specifications, drawings, change orders and blueprints.
Knowledge of building automation systems, controls, fire alarms, DDC controls, commercial and industrial electrical.
Proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness.
Ability to lead and organize a job and employees in a positive, productive and professional manner at all times.
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
Background and drug screen required
Additional Requirements for Superintendent:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
