If you’re a self-driven individual with strong time management skills, join the Installation team at Champion Window! This position is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Sunrooms are carried out efficiently, effectively and in accordance with Champion’s organization policies, procedures and goals. You will visit installation sites and interact with crews and customers.
Conduct re-measure on all new contracts, determine product and labor requirements, and ensure ordering procedures are completed
Oversee crews and ensure that products are installed to both company and industry standards.
Strong planner, planning and scheduling is a must.
Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with federal, state and local laws and ensure completion of required safety training
Good communication skill needed. Must be able to communicate between Employees, Sub-contractors and Customers on a daily basis.

Job Requirements:
5 years Management Experience in the Construction Field,
Able to plan crews for installation, Maintain safe environment for crews,
Able to understand and read Job Plans and Engineering,
Interact with customers professionally
Clean Driving Record
Able to pass a drug screening
Able to pass a back ground check,
