Responsibilities
Lead and oversee cabinet installation projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to review installation plans and specifications.
Mentor and train junior installers on best practices in cabinet installation and safety protocols.
Ensure that all materials and tools are available for each installation project.
Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns during the installation process.
Inspect and assess installation sites to determine the best installation methods based on the environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cabinet installer or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of cabinet installation techniques and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Experience with hand and power tools used in carpentry and cabinet installation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Some travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina with overnights required. Home every weekend when traveling.
