This is full-time W2 with benefits position; not 1099. We pay your taxes and we don’t lay-off people for the winter. Our apprenticeship program is registered with the Department of Labor and you will receive the following:
- Structured Classroom Training
- Hands-on jobsite experience with a Master Craftsman/mentor
- A clear path for grown and advancement with pay raises based on milestones throughout training ($16-$20/hour)
- Full time work with benefits and year-round stability
