Responsibilities:
Remodeling Projects: Execute a variety of projects, including room additions, screen rooms, attic conversions, and ADUs.
Framing: Accurately read blueprints and construct sturdy structural frameworks.
Outdoor Living: Build decks and patios.
Windows & Doors: Install windows and doors.
Exterior Finishes: Install wood or vinyl siding.
Utilities: Handle basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
Drywall: Install and finish drywall.
Finish Carpentry: Install cabinetry, casing, base molding, and crown molding.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential remodeling projects.
Strong carpentry skills and knowledge of tools and techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
