We are seeking an experienced and reliable siding subcontractor for a small guest house project in Greer SC. This is a straightforward job ideal for a skilled individual or small crew.
Job Scope Includes:
1. Siding Installation: Vinyl Double 4.5" Dutch Lap siding.
2. Soffit Installation: "Ventilated vinyl soffit"
3. Trim
o Aluminum Fascia cladding
o Garage Door Jamb cladding
o Barge boards cladding
Requirements:
Proven experience with vinyl siding, soffit, and aluminum/vinyl cladding.
Ability to work efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
Proof of insurance (General Liability and Workers' Comp.
