Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Freight Carriers / Owner-Operators to join our network. As a carrier with ANA Freight, you’ll have access to top-paying loads, dedicated dispatchers who negotiate on your behalf, and flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle.
Our goal is to help you maximize your earning potential while reducing the stress of searching for loads and handling paperwork.
Responsibilities
Safely transport freight to assigned destinations in compliance with DOT regulations.
Maintain accurate records of hours, deliveries, and equipment inspections.
Communicate effectively with dispatch for updates, load details, and routing.
Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Maintain your truck in safe and operational condition.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
Experience
Valid CDL Class A license.
Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience (preferred but not required).
Must have own truck (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Auto Hauler).
Current DOT medical card.
Clean driving record and background.
Must comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
Ability to use electronic logging devices (ELD).

Compensation:
Percentage-based pay: Carriers receive 85–90% of the load gross (depending on trailer type and experience).
Average gross revenue: $5,000–$9,000 per week depending on miles and region.
