Candidates are able to work 90% remote (required to be on site 1 day a week every two weeks) after an initial two-week onsite training period. Candidates must be within a 2 hour drive of the location in case there is any issue or emergency.Must be able to work on W2 with Datasoft.Overview:Serves as a subject matter expert in the area of IT End Point Protection (EPPS) Systems and IT Advanced Threat Protection Systems (ATPS - e.g. End-Point / Threat Protection Platform and underlying related Infrastructure, such as Microsoft Defender ATP).
manager is looking for a candidate with strong Microsoft product experience and virus scanner/end point experience, and software disruption tools like SCCMResponsibilities:

• Anticipates possible security threats and identifies areas of weakness in a network system. Responds promptly and effectively to possible breaches of security.
• Undertakes complex work of a high risk level, often working on several projects. Researches and applies innovative security architecture solutions to new or existing problems and is able to justify and communicate design decisions.
• Leads the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT-Security infrastructure solutions and platforms that perform to defined functional and operational expectations. Focus Area: End Point Protection Systems (EPPS) and Advanced Threat Protection Systems (ATPS).
• Serves as the IT-Security architect and technical lead for service delivery of the scope of the built end-point-protection system by designing, reviewing and overseeing implementation of end-to-end integrated systems, enterprise data and metadata structures, as well as internal systems such as product deployment and licensing.
• Contributes to the definition of the product strategy and Enterprise IT-Security Architecture by collaborating with other Security leads, technical leads, project managers, business relationship managers and business analysts on a project team and across the organization.
• Identifies and proposes new IT-Security ETA standards (products, master solutions and services) for his area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or Cyber Security (preferred) or the equivalent of 4 years of related experience in IT Security. MS preferred
• Enterprise experience (company with 20.000 50.000 computers or more) would be preferred.
• 7+ years' experience IT Architecture experience in the IT-Security area
• Databases, cloud and infrastructure topics.
• End Point Protection Systems (EPPS) and Advanced Threat Protection Systems (ATPS).
• Operations experience at a global level/enterprise; suppler steering experience
• 5+ years' experience in enterprise systems analysis, systems design and systems integration
• Microsoft Defender ATP (this is a new tool from Microsoft and experience isn't likely) manager is looking for a candidate with strong Microsoft product experience and virus scanner/end point experience, and software disruption tools like SCCM (not mandatory but a huge plus)
• 5+ years' experience in IT-Security architecture and IT-Security infrastructure components
• Steers the external Application and Platform Operations Provider based on existing SLA's and KPI's.
• Ensures that the agreed Service Level Agreements are met
• Eliminates impediments for the external operations team
• Works with the Provider to ensure continuous improvement of the service, including:
• improving the service delivery time
• defining automations to reduce ticket count
• ensuring the provider has proper onboarding, training and skills development for their resources
• Is responsible for a successful transition of the operational services from the current to the new operations provider (new provider currently in onboarding, old provider currently phased out)
• Managing the transition from old to new provider along an existing transition plan
• Coordinating activities between outgoing and incoming providers
• 3+ years experience in IT application and/ or infrastructure maintenance
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• 3+ years of performing vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments
• Planning / providing KT Sessions from old to new provider or from internal 3rd Level support to new provider
• Escalates to the Line Manager for all Service Delivery issues that can't be solved in time with the external operations provider
• 3+ years in end-point-protection and threat protection.
• Microsoft SYSMON experience
• Drive Lock Device Control experience
• Symantec Protection Engine experience
• 1+ years knowledge of ITIL and IT-Service-Management

Certification-preferred
IT Infrastructure, IT Architecture or relevant IT product related certifications is an advantage.
Good to have CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
