Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator 1 in the industry. Based in Greer, South Carolina, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordinating tasks, supporting the successful execution of client and company projects. This role involves tracking and monitoring project progress, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with team members and management.Responsibilities: Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients Scheduling and organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes Maintaining project documentation including reports, plans, and other relevant materials Tracking project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion Helping manage and allocate resources across project activities Assisting in monitoring project expenses and budget adherence Helping identify potential risks and contributing to developing mitigation strategies Supporting quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards Preparing and distributing regular project status reports to stakeholders Handling various administrative tasks related to the project Liaising with vendors and contractors as needed for project-related services Providing support to project team members and assist with their needs Using project management software and tools to track progress and manage tasks Ensuring project activities adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Requirements Proven experience in Customer Service and Communication Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting Strong understanding of Planning and Procedures Experience in Compliance and Materials Handling Knowledge of Planning Processes and Budget Processes Familiarity with Scheduling and Project Management Experience in dealing with Vendors and tracking Progress Proficiency in Expense Reporting and QA - Quality Assurance Ability to work with Stakeholders and use Monitoring Tools Experience in Quality Control and Risk Management Ability to manage Deliverables and Timelines Familiarity with HR Department processes Strong Coordination and Project Planning skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
