We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering Services to lead engineering strategy and operations across our portfolio in India & South Asia. Based at the Corporate Office, this role is responsible for driving excellence in MEP design coordination, project execution, engineering operations, energy management, and maintenance across both operating and pipeline hotels.Primary Responsibilities: To ensure that all Operating Hotels are adhering to the guidelines for Energy management.Ensuring POMEC expenses for all Hotels remains within approved budgets.Assisting management in the Selection of Engineering Heads for all Operating Units /Project HotelsEnsuring that the project handover is seamless and is in accordance with per pre-defined hand over processResponsible for FLS guidelines being adopted in all project and Operating HotelsReviews owner process profiling for MEP Consultants services for each assigned projectAssists owner in input on Engineering designs to meet relevant Brand Standard D&C requirements for each assigned projectAdvises on deliverables for each assigned project specific to Brand Standards and Fire life safety issuesCoordinates project reporting processes through internal resources and external agencies for timely deliveryMonitors and reports project activity on designated projectsIntegrates closely with DTS sub departments for necessary ID Design coordination on projectsMaintains close relationships with owners and/or owners representatives, consultants and Key stakeholdersAttends regular site review meetings to monitor the project progressConducts regular liaison with Accor specialist teams including F&B, Spa and IT
