Management Job Details
The Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing all operational aspects of their restaurant. This role is the team leader and mediator of information between the restaurant and the executive team at HHI Hospitality. He or she will actively work to strengthen and grow the Healthy Habit culture, paying particular attention to organizational health & wellness ambitions and the entire employee and guest experience. Although there is some office time requirements, the majority of time is spent customer facing at Healthy Habit during service as an ambassador of the brand.
Who You Are:
Passionate about food, health, wellness and fostering community with a desire to have a meaningful impact.
1+ years of experience as a Manager in a fast-paced environment with financial aptitude for business operations OR a college degree specific to Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism Management.
Approachable, inspiring & intelligent leader who is driven by the performance of the collective and able to motivate.
Superb verbal and written/digital communication skills.
Self-starter who is results-oriented & who appreciates and takes initiative on essential details and the bigger picture.
Problem solver who always sees the silver lining.
Comfortable in a dynamic "roll up your sleeves" start-up environment, and a desire to grow.
Superb time management skills with the ability to prioritize work, with timely follow up & execution
