WinnCompanies is searching for an adaptable and dependable General Maintenance Technician - HVAC Specialist II to join our military housing team at Atlantic Marine Corps Communities at Tri-Command, which is located in Beaufort, SC.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, office buildings, residential areas, grounds, and parking lots. You will maintain and repair our building structures and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary systems, HVAC systems and equipment.
Please note that the work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday with regular on-call activity.
