Pay rate between $18.00-$25.00 based on applicant, experience, attitude, and reliability. Local & Interstate Moving Experience is highly preferred along with the ability to frequently lift and carry heavy items the duration of the day.
APPLICANTS MUST BE CAPABLE OF LIFTING AND CARRYING IN EXCESS OF 100 LBS FREQUENTLY AND UPWARD OF THAT WITH TEAM LIFTS- WE MOVE HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE EVERY DAY SO PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF LIFTING AND CARRYING WILL PRESENT ISSUES FOR SAFETY OR JOB SATISFACTION.
Benefits:
Following a 90-day probationary period, healthcare, 2 paid personal or sick days are available as well as paid holidays for full-time employees. Sick days require Dr provided excuses, personal days require 2 week notice for scheduling.
Following the first full year of full-time employment, employees are eligible for a week of paid vacation, which increases annually with tenure. Paid vacation to be approved and authorized 2 weeks prior to dates.
Training available for eager, available, and teachable applicants. Actively seeking experienced drivers who are capable of providing quality service, careful handling, who work with purpose and effort. Those applying without experience should be applicants able to take direction, follow instruction, and be self-motivated to learn quickly, ask questions, and follow the lead of the tenured senior crew staff.
Applying drivers are encouraged to have a current DOT Med Card to be eligible for immediate driver status following a road test and MVR check.
