This is a work-trade opportunity, not a paid position. Instead of wages, the selected individual will receive a private, fully furnished bedroom at 50% off the regular rent, in exchange for about 1–2 hours per week of light household management duties.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring the home is safe and secure (alarm system, household routines)
Light upkeep: sweeping/mopping, trash checks, bathroom walk-throughs
Monitoring common areas for cleanliness
Preparing rooms for new tenants (making beds, light cleaning)
Conducting tours with potential residentials
Being a friendly point of contact to help foster a respectful, supportive community
