Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, sales, and staff management. They will also ensure exceptional customer service is provided to maximize profitability.

Duties:

Support the Manager in overseeing daily store operations

Assist in managing inventory control and ordering supplies

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues

Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets

Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems

Communicate effectively with team members and upper management

Ensure compliance with current and future company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role

Strong ability to sell products and drive sales

Proficient in inventory control procedures

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively

Familiarity with training development for staff improvement

Knowledge of POS systems and basic clerk duties
