Unique opportunity to sell high-end custom luxury homes. Our cutting edge professionally merchandised model home is spectacular and we need a polished, experienced and motivated professional. We will train a qualified candidate to use the finest custom home selling process in the industry.
Experience in luxury new home sales is required. Must be licensed and hold a current SC Real Estate license. Sales aptitude, energy and a track record of success in past positions are important.
Qualifications:
Polished professional with persuasive and exceptional selling skills
Great customer service attitude
Prior experience selling luxury homes for a residential builder
Excellent follow-through skills
Energetic, organized and detail oriented.
Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Must work well with others and be a team player.
Solid knowledge of residential building practices a plus.
This is a commissioned sales position. Compensation is based on sales team commissions. Expected earnings should be between $75K to $150K with the right sales professional.
