Full Time Maintenance Technician for our two properties in Bluffton, SC. Job Requires basic knowledge of :
Electrical
Plumbing
Light Carpentry
General Maintenance /Work Orders
HVAC (pay incentives to certified applicants )
Grounds Maintenance/clean up
Apartment Turns:
Painting, maintenance, repairs, updates, installing fixtures, changing locks, etc
have vehicle and tools
available for after hour emergencies(emergencies only no after hours work orders) as needed
