I am a licensed residential builder building my own house in Varnville SC so this will be an owner built home. I need a framing and exterior trim crew. If you can frame a house you can trim windows, doors, soffits and fascias.
Here is my framing offer:
3-4 Framers could build this house in 3-4 weeks. "Contract is for $24,000 for the framing." (You do the math with your crew.) The building is 2000 square foot single story ranch home with a 8/12 truss roof. There is a large attached garage with a continuous roofline. There are 10 windows and three exterior doors included.
(House looks like the one in the picture except for the siding.)
Here is my siding and trim offer:
The siding is 4'x8' sheets of hardieboard with 1"x2"x8' batons every foot. Windows and doors are trimmed lowcountry style. Square cut 1"x4" with 5"/4"x6 headers. $10,000 contract.
