Location: Early Branch, SC
Pay: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (plenty of overtime available)

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Excavator Operators with experience for a new project located in Early Branch, SC. These are full-time, long-term positions with the potential for permanent hire.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate full-size excavators on civil, site prep, and commercial projects
Perform trenching, digging, grading, and excavation work
Handle rough and finish grading tasks with accuracy
Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and grade stakes
Conduct routine maintenance and daily inspections on equipment
Assist with general labor and other tasks as needed
Follow all company and site safety procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating full-size excavators
Experience with a site preparation company is required
Strong skills in trenching, digging to grade, and working around utilities
Ability to read blueprints and grade stakes
Familiarity with GPS-guided excavation systems preferred
Valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Must be eligible to work in the United States
This position requires the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including: Steel-toe work boots, Hard hat, Safety vest, Safety glasses, and Gloves.
