Superior Skilled Trades is currently seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a grading project in the Early Branch, SC. These are full-time, long-term positions with the potential for permanent placement.
Heavy Equipment Operator – Dozer/Excavator
Location: Early Branch, SC
Pay: $20–$25/hour, based on experience
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM plenty of overtime offered
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Temp-to-Perm (Long-Term Career Opportunity)
Responsibilities:
Operate GPS-enabled dozers and excavators on civil, mining, and commercial job sites
Perform trenching, grading (rough and finish), and site preparation
Read and interpret blueprints and grade stakes
Conduct routine maintenance and daily equipment checks
Assist with general labor as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating GPS dozers or excavators - working with a site preparation company This is a must
Strong understanding of grading techniques, both rough and finish
Ability to read grade stakes and blueprints
Familiarity with GPS-guided systems (preferred)
Valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Must be eligible to work in the United States
