Key Responsibilities:Develop and present preliminary project schedules aligned with PROCSA and RIBA stage definitions. (Primavera P6/Ms Project)Produce tender & bid schedules to support new business acquisition (Primavera P6/MS Projects)Interpret RFP and tender documentation to extract scheduling & delivery requirementsCollaborate with business development, project managers & cost planning teams to align bid timelines.Support interviews and presentations to clients as the planning expert on bid teams.Develop & maintain baseline and working construction schedules (Primavera P6/MS Projects)Conduct schedule audits and integrity checksPerform critical path and float analysis, progress updates and schedule performance reviews.Work closely with client project teams, contractors and consultants to ensure schedule alignment.Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims through forensic delay analysis.Prepare dashboards and reports for client presentations and project reviews.Attend and contribute to planning and progress meetings.Assist with risk analysis and what-if scenario planningApply Industry best practices, including DCMA 14-point checks and Acumen Fuse analysis.
