As a Test Architect, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and driving test strategies, frameworks, and best practices across multiple programs and projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of the company’s technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Experience8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a test architect or similar role.Proven expertise in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments.Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, JIRA, etc.).Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Key Responsibilities1. Tooling & AutomationEvaluate and recommend tools for test automation, performance testing, and other quality assurance processes.Lead the implementation and optimization of test automation frameworks.5. Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure seamless integration of testing in the development lifecycle.Communicate test strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders effectively.6.
