Working in DA Application Support contributing to customer support and service levels by providing 2nd line business and Technical and Business related product support to clients using the Experian Core DA product set. Work will include dealing with live product configuration incidents (including investigate & resolve), system enhancements (requirements definition and implementation) and system optimisations.An innovation and inquisitive mind, focused on addressing and solving data and analysis problemsPerform investigations end to end (both technical and business)Perform changes within the Technical Area ie: config, sql queries, groovy scripts etc.Perform changes within the Business Strategy Area ie: perform changes within the PCx StudioKnow the steps that must be taken to investigate / correct application problemsConfident working in a client facing role.
