We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager for our East Zone Australia operations to be based in Sydney or Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to deliver profitable growth for Veolia WTS in the Eastern States region comprising NSW, VIC, QLD and TAS market leading a team of Account Managers, Growth Leaders and Field Service Engineers. You will be accountable for the development & execution of the strategic growth plan for this region aligned to the larger Oceania region MTP.This role will report to CSM Commerical Leader - Ocenia. Key priorities will be:● develop new innovative strategic growth plans and sales campaigns
● deliver on KPIs and profitable growth through the currency of innovation
● display risk-taking, creativity & innovation to ensure achievement of MTP
● motivate and lead team to deliver on account management excellence and service excellence pillars and measure customer satisfaction through the NPS process
● coach and mentor the sales team, lead from the front & create a unified sales culture
● lead a culture of ethics, quality and EHS
● P&L leadership of territory with astute focus on business profitabilityThe Territory Manager will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within a functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
