This generalist role is pivotal in supporting our HR & WHS operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, people-focused, and eager to contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.Support the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.Assist with P&C documentation such as contracts, policies, and performance reviews.Coordinate employee training sessions and engagement activities.Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Support payroll and benefits administration.Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.
