Guzman y Gomez Manly Wharf is looking for Casual Cooks to join our fast-paced kitchen team right on the water!As a GYG Cook, you are at the absolute heart of our restaurant operations. You won't just be assembly-lining fast food; you will be working with 100% clean, fresh ingredients to bring vibrant Mexican flavours to life for hundreds of locals and tourists every day.What You'll Do:Prepare fresh ingredients and cook premium proteins according to the GYG recipe guide.Master the grill, station presentation, and high-volume food prep.Maintain exceptional food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards.Work collaboratively with the front-of-house crew to ensure rapid, high-quality order fulfilment.What We’re Looking For:Attitude Over Experience: Prior commercial kitchen experience is highly desirable, but a "can-do" attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
