In this critical role, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Dispatch function – ensuring all shipping, storage, and compliance needs are met to the highest standards.What You’ll Be DoingOversee despatch activities including packing, storing, and shipping hazardous and non-hazardous goodsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and handle customs/export documentationHandle a dedicated warehouse team and ensure delivery deadlines are metOversee courier tracking, third-party collections, and special delivery instructionsSupport inventory control, labelling, and segregation of expired and specialised wasteContinuously improve workflows and maintain a safe, tidy warehouse environmentTrain, develop, and appraise team members, conducting regular check-insHandle holiday, absence, and HR administration for your team
