Accounting Firm seeking a Part-time Bookkeeper. This person will compile data, prepare monthly accounting for both large and small companies, sales tax returns, payroll returns, etc. Interns welcome!
Responsibilities:
⢠Enter bank activity
⢠Reconcile monthly bank statements to activity
⢠Prepare invoices and pay client invoices, as needed
⢠Prepare and file Sales Tax returns
⢠Prepare and file Payroll for clients
Qualifications:
⢠Ability to use Quickbooks
⢠Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
⢠Experience in data entry
⢠Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
⢠Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
