Looking for staff who have at least 1year experience as a Front Desk Representative, must be able to pass a background check and drug test when asked. Prefer Cloudbed ready, but willing to train. Schedule must be flexible to also work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be great in customer service, handling transactions, guest concerns and complaints, answer phones in a timely matter, and any other daily responsibilities for example: restocking coffee station, keeping other supplies stock for guest and help keep main office clean.
