Duties include but are not limited to:
Help manage day-to-day operations
Answering phone calls from prospective and current tenants
Providing superior customer service by identifying and addressing current and prospective tenant's needs and issues
Selling the benefits and features of our facility to prospective tenants
Preparing and executing leases
Handling collection calls on delinquent accounts
Maintaining current records for all tenants
Greeting all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
Responding to all cleaning and maintenance issues on the property and keep the building in “show ready" condition. Some duties may require lifting of 30 lbs or more
Creating and executing marketing strategies to help promote the building
Maintaining and balancing cash drawer and make daily deposits at the bank
Performing auctions on default tenants according to state law
Job Requirements
Background in sales and customer services skills
Ability to work effectively unsupervised as well in conjunction with others
Management experience not required but preferred
Flexible availability including Weekdays and Saturdays (25-30 hours per week)
Prospective candidates are required to submit to a background check, drug testing.
