Description:
Responsible for developing approaches to achieving specified objectives including the investigation of many variables.
Applies sound architectural and/or design techniques, methodologies and principles to project approach.
Performs architectural assignments after receiving general instructions and project scope from Project Manager.
Independently evaluates, selects and applies architectural techniques, procedures and modifications.
Coordinates construction administration with construction managers/administrators and reviews shop drawings.
Runs and coordinates design meetings assuring that all meeting tasks are assigned and completed.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors effectively as required for job execution.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner in all communications, whether written or verbal.
Creates compelling drawings to illustrate design solutions.
Attend networking functions and assist Team Leaders in acquiring new business.
Creates strong, functional, simple designs that accomplish client’s goals.

Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited university/college.
Minimum of 7 years of architectural experience with at least (1) year of managing projects (7-10 years sweet spot)
Must be a Registered/Licensed Architect
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Program Suite
Experience with AutoCAD or either Revit - Revit/ BIM is a PLUS
Ability to use working knowledge of all consultant work to maintain efficiencies and meet deadlines. Possess an
