Looking for someone to cook and clean for two self-sufficient elderly persons. The home is a duplex, one side is two bedrooms where the 2 clients live, the other side is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom where the Caregiver lives. They are newly renovated, clean and modern units with refrigerators, dishwashers and clothes washers-dryers. Caregiver gets free rent, utilities and a salary. The clients have very low needs. Services needed are prepare and clean up 2 meals a day (lunch and dinner), clothes washing, change linens weekly, grocery shopping and occasional errands. A person can do this job and have plenty of time for another occupation if desired.
