Mix and match epoxy resins and hardeners to achieve desired colors and finishes.
Apply epoxy coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, ensuring even and smooth coverage.
Use equipment safely, including power washers, grinders, and other tools.
Inspect finished work for quality, addressing any imperfections or air bubbles.
Collaborate with a team on larger projects and provide guidance to junior installers.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as an epoxy installer or in a related field.
Familiarity with different types of epoxy materials and application techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
Good communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
