We are a Vacation Rental Company looking for Experienced Technicians to join our Maintenance Team. Work is FULL-TIME, YEAR-ROUND and our Team looks after many of the best homes/apartments/condos on the beach. Our job is to keep our rental properties in the best condition possible and to respond to Guest's and Owner's Maintenance concerns by consulting, diagnosing and repairing any issues that arise.
Our successful candidates will be
knowledgeable in Plumbing, Electrical and General Carpentry
mechanically minded
able to lift up to 50 lbs.
available to work Saturdays and some Sundays
available for occasional on-call, after-hours work
Do you
reside within approximately 10 miles of Garden City
have a satisfactory DMV record and can pass a pre-employment background screening
