The Role
We are seeking a reliable, part-time Maintenance Technician to support our North Myrtle Beach FLOHOMs. This role is responsible for assisting with general maintenance, repairs, and routine upkeep to ensure each FLOHOM remains safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times.
Responsibilities include basic maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, performing regular inspections, supporting preventive maintenance efforts, and responding to in-stay maintenance needs as they arise. The goal is to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a seamless guest experience.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, with the opportunity to grow into additional hours and expanded responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Perform light maintenance and basic handyman repairs as needed
Support property readiness and ongoing upkeep to maintain brand and safety standards
Conduct routine inspections and assist with preventive maintenance tasks
Respond promptly to guest-related maintenance requests
Coordinate with FLOHOM’s operations team to complete assigned tasks
Requirements
Reliable transportation to and from the FLOHOM locations
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
Comfortable working outdoors and around water in a marina environment
Previous maintenance or handyman experience is a plus, but not required
