Manager Trainee with experience in commercial cleaning who is looking to grow with Mid size local company who handles some of the highest profile business in the area. Looking for some one who has done floor work like carpet cleaning, tile, strip and wax floors or power washing. Do not need any equipment or supplies because all these will be provided by the Company. Need some one who is wanted to have career in this business and is trust worthy and hard working. Also a plus to have back ground in dealing with the public in a business or residential setting. Looking for some one who can be customer service oriented and generate some sales. Company will provide marketing and sales material and equipment to conduct residential sales. The company will consider training the right person on this type of work as long as they have experience is some aspects of commercial cleaning. There is chance in Jan. of 2020 to start over seeing cleaning crews quality of service also. The hours could range from 12 in the afternoon to 4 am depending on what projects are being done. Will need to work at night at least 4 to 5 days a week and be available for Sat. and Sunday work. Work van will be available for us for certain projects. Will need to have transportation to get to Varese job locations. Will do back ground check and drug test upon hiring. Also will need a recent copy of driving record. Competitive pay which will be combination of a hourly wage and profit sharing on certain type of projects.
