Short-term rental Property Management company in search of a seasoned, mature, responsible, reliable, and trustworthy Field Operator. Main duties are quality-checking rental units (houses and condos) prior/after guest stays in North Myrtle Beach.
Duties include, but not limited to: replacing lightbulbs and air filters, tightening handles/knobs, checking for leaks, door keypad troubleshooting, tv remote programming, cleaning gas grills, blowing off decks/patios, and photographing any damages/repair issues.
Main Hours: 10am-4pm Total of 15-20 hours per week. Compensation: $20 per hour
