Elite Coastal Landscaping is Growing! We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Manager.
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the operations at our warehouse to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. The right candidate will be familiar with the materials and equipment we use and be able to drive a Dingo and Bobcat.
This position requires Excellent organizational skills and experience working in a warehouse.
Job Duties:
Oversee all aspects of the warehouse, ensuring its efficient operation and troubleshooting problems as necessary. This role oversees shipping and receiving operations. The warehouse must stay clean and organized at all times.
Oversee all receiving materials and put away all in-bound products in an organized manner for quick access.
Oversee all returns, packing, and loading tasks, ensuring proper put-away, loading sequences, and required efficiency levels are maintained.
Set up and monitored all replenishment tasks daily and worked alongside the ordering department on all materials.
Responsible for reporting and investigating damage to equipment, products, and facilities throughout the warehouse.
Coordinate the repair and service of equipment and vehicles as necessary.
Ensure adherence to policies and safety procedures.
Develops and maintains business relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring communication and efficient operations.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
Thorough understanding of how a warehouse operates with past warehouse experience.
Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm. Weekends off. Starting pay is $18 per hour. After one year, you will receive -one week of paid vacation, including paid holidays. We also offer compensation towards insurance.
