A busy back office to a retail sales showroom needs an Administrative Assistant. This position supports company officers and reports directly to the Vice President, handling the HR, AP, AR and software support company-wide. Must have experience with Quickbooks. We use the industry-specific builder software, Builder Trend, as well. BT experience is helpful but not required. AA must be efficient and flexible with workday assignments and be able to work independently and understand importance of maintain confidentiality.
Job Skills:
Comfortable using Quickbooks, Google Docs and Google Sheets
