A busy and growing equipment rental company is seeking an experienced full-time Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to train with existing office administrator for several months.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform accounting data entry (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable)
-Prepare job quotations and maintain accurate project documentation
-Handle purchasing and vendor coordination
-Support fleet management and crane lift planning
-Assist with workers' compensation and safety reporting
-Provide general administrative and customer service support
-(Optional duties based on experience) Manage company website and social media presence
Required Skills:
-QuickBooks Pro
-Microsoft Word & Excel
-Strong phone, computer, and filing skills
-Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Preferred Skills:
-3D Lift Plan
-Website administration
-Crew scheduling and dispatch coordination
-Collections experience
